PENTEL-Arts Oil Pastels. Pentel's oil pastels feature brilliant long-lasting and fade resistant colors for paper, board or canvas. These pastels apply smoothly and blend easily for subtle shades, tints, and color mixtures. These pastels can be diluted with turpentine or mineral spirits for a liquid application or you can brush over you finished project with a wet brush to blend and shade colors.
